这学期我任三年级五班的班主任。前班主任在交接时告诉我:班上有个叫于松的学生学习懒散.纪律差,而且上课时爱搞恶作剧。于是我下决心要转变他。刚刚接班.于松因为对新教师不熟悉.有点怕我.比较老实。于是我就抓住这一教育的有利时机.先不指名地表扬他,但又要让他意识到这表扬是给他的。希望通过这样的方法消除他因长期落后而形成的心理偏见。这一招果然使于松老实了两个星期。
This semester I served as the third grade five class teacher. The former teacher told me at the handover: There was a student named Song in the class who was lazy, poor discipline, and a love of prank in class. So I am determined to change him. Just takeover.Yu Song because of the new teachers are not familiar with a little afraid of me. More honest. So I seized this favorable opportunity for education, first praising him without a name, but letting him realize that the praise was for him. Hope that through such a method to eliminate his long-term psychological bias formed. Sure enough, this move made Song loose for two weeks.
