为了落实毛主席关于“开发矿业”的指示,解决包钢生产中铁精矿来源问题,根据冶金部科技规划,在包钢公司党委领导下由包钢选矿厂和冶金研究所共同组成了生产技术工艺攻关组,于1973年7月开展了对某矿利用浮选法回收红铁矿的试验研究工作。为了结合现场生产实际,采用了弱磁选—混合浮选—铁正浮选工艺流程,利用硫酸、氟硅酸钠、氧化石腊皂组合药剂,获得了综合铁精矿品位为60.12%回收率为76.72%;或综合铁精矿品位为58.50%回收率为82.79%的指标,不仅为现场完善了现有生产工艺流程,提高了金属回收率,防止有用金属的损失,且为我国今后对红铁矿的选矿提供了一条新的途径。
