对植物多基因系统辐射诱变的遗传机制提出了一种设想,据此推得了诱变世代群体的基因和基因型频率,并结合加性模型,导出了群体均值和方差的表达式。对一种特殊情形,给出了一种估计参数的方法。用小麦实例作了初步验证。
A hypotheses was proposed on the genetic mechanism of radiation mutagenesis in plant polygenic systems. Based on this, we deduced the frequency of genotypes and genotypes in mutagenic generations and combined the additive model to derive the expression of population mean and variance. For a special case, a method of estimating parameters is given. An example of wheat was made.
