从来都是心静如水,从来不知紧张与压力滋味的人在这世界上恐怕是凤毛麟角。而绝大多数的人在人生的某一阶段或遇到特殊情况时会出现紧张、焦虑、烦恼、忧心忡忡,并有心慌、手掌出汗、呼吸急促等表现。不过,请注意,对大多数人而言,这是一种正常的心理反应,并非病态。时过境迁之后,这些症状自然就会消失,生活又会恢复平静。但是当这些感觉或其他的焦虑症状的发生比较烦繁,而且无法预测,就可能预示着您可能患有某种焦虑障碍。
