工会工作的首要任务是围绕中心,服务大局,成为联系党群、干群关系的桥梁和纽带,并肩负着维护广大教工合法权益的重任,想教工之所想,急教工之所急,为教工说话办事,最大限度地调动他们的积极性、主动性、创造性,发挥其在构建和谐校园中的重要作用。通过近10年工会工作实践,笔者认为充分调动教工积极性应做到以下几点: The primary task of the trade union work is to bridge the center and serve the overall interests and become the bridge and link connecting the party and the masses and the relationship between the cadres and the masses.
