由于受环境(包括家庭、学校、社会)因素的影响,当地中职生心理出现了前所未有的危机,使新形势下中职教育工作者做好思想教育工作面临前所未有的挑战,学生行为不规范、自我意识模糊乃至不认同自我价值等现象比比皆是。要改变这种现象,教育工作者就必须转换角度、转化视角,即从学生的内心入手,也就是说,只有激发学生自尊,鼓励学生自信,并让其在实践中真正行动起来,才能真正地让学生成人、成事、成才、成功。
