In CNC heavy cutting servo system,mechanical driving system has a torture feedback on electrical speed-adjust- ment system,thus it’s possible to generate the mechanical resonance.The mechanical resonance makes the feature parameters of me- chanical driving system influence the dynamic performance of the electrical speed-adjustment system.This paper has studied the re- sistance ratio ofζ_(mech)and q parameters,and put forward the compensation method to decrease the mechanical resonance influence.
