运用图像处理方法获得了分散相粒径和分散相几何特征,建立了一个用几何特征计算分散相分布分形维数的数学模型。数据图像的提取来源于模拟转炉吹炼过程的二维水模型,主要利用高分辨率数码相机采集数据,通过图像处理软件对得到图像中分散相进行提取与粒度计算,应用粒度分布分形维数模型,研究了在硬吹和软吹条件下顶吹转炉钢滴分散相粒度分布与边界条件的关系,证明了粒度分布分形维数数学模型的合理性。
The geometric characteristics of dispersed phase and disperse phase were obtained by using image processing method. A mathematical model was established to calculate the fractal dimension of dispersed phase with geometric characteristics. The data images were extracted from the two-dimensional water model simulating converter blowing process. The data were collected by high-resolution digital camera. The image was extracted and the particle size was calculated by image processing software. The fractal dimension model The relationship between the particle size distribution and the boundary conditions of the droplet dispersion of the top-blown converter under hard blow and soft blow was studied. The rationality of the fractal dimension mathematical model of the particle size distribution was proved.
