《深圳市劳务工学法用法读本》是根据深圳市委的部署,在深圳市人大常委会的领导下,由教科文卫工作委员会和市依法治市领导小组办公室牵头策划组织编写的。在深圳经济繁荣的壮丽画卷中,活跃着一支数百万人的劳务工队伍。他们和本地居民共同为深圳的两个文明建设工程添砖加瓦,共同营造了深圳在全国市场乃至国际市场的相对经济竞争优势。加入世界贸易组织后,深圳面临更为酷烈的竞争,提高深圳城市整体综合竞争力的根本就是不断提高深圳人尤其是奋斗于生产一线的劳务工的素质。
According to the Shenzhen Municipal Committee's deployment, under the leadership of the Shenzhen Municipal People's Congress Standing Committee, the “Textbook of Shenzhen Labor Service Law Usage” was compiled and led by the UNESCO Committee for the Administration of Education and Culture and the Leading Group Office under the Law of the City. In the magnificent picture of Shenzhen's economic prosperity, a labor force with millions of people is active. Together with their local residents, they have contributed to the two civilized construction projects in Shenzhen and jointly created the relative economic competitive advantage of Shenzhen in the national and international markets. After joining the World Trade Organization, Shenzhen is facing more fierce competition. The fundamental solution to improving the overall competitiveness of Shenzhen's cities is to continually improve the quality of Shenzhen people, especially the labor workers who are struggling in the production line.
