在制造微膜吹塑机组时,仿制日本一种快速双向扳手;其结构简单,使用方便对于扳动螺钉等构件时,扳手有双向扳动的功能。扳手的结构见附图。套筒1中间孔型根据使用场合可设计成六角型、四方型等并和棘轮2选用过盈配合,套筒一端翻铆在手柄3上,棘爪4用圆销7和手柄3相连,并在圆销了中能回转;压缩弹簧6通过顶销对棘爪施以一定压力。图示位置手柄3扳动则套筒1按逆时钟回转,当手柄将棘爪右端推到另一端并在顶点越过轴线时棘爪另一端起到反向扳动棘轮的作用,因而换向迅速操作方便。
