采用弹性介质压力的挤压(液力挤压)、高速热挤压和利用超塑性效应的挤压,都可以列为制造工装精密坯件的特种方法。另外,大家已经知道的还有运用板料冲压方法使疏松材料(尤其是铁屑)产生局部塑性变形以制造工、模具零件的试验,也已取得成效。利用以上提到的这些方法,可以制造范围广泛的压模零件以及切削工具。关于确定采用特种方法来制造精密坯件的合理范围以及确定力和变形参数的工作,也都有过介绍。 7-1 精密坯件的静液挤压和动液挤压
