对一开式大长径比不等面积三油腔静压支承轧机进行了振动信号分析,分别给出了垂直振动,扭振的测试方法,对不同供油压力下的振动进行了频谱分析,最后根据振动信号讨论了新型轧机的振动特性.
The vibration signal analysis of an open large-diameter-to-diameter three-cavity hydrostatic support rolling mill was carried out. The test methods of vertical vibration and torsional vibration were given respectively. The spectrum analysis of vibration under different oil supply pressure was carried out. Finally, the vibration characteristics of the new rolling mill are discussed based on the vibration signal.
