本文介绍机械通气抢救伴有呼吸衰竭危重新生儿33例。结果抢救成功22例(66.7%),自动出院4例(12.1%),死亡7例(21.2%)。机械通气的并发症8例(24.2%)。作者认为机械通气是抢救危重儿综合措施中的重要环节,正确掌握机械通气指征和时机是抢救成功的关键。使用中应合理调节呼吸机参数以避免严重呼碱损害脑组织。肺部感染是常见并发症,应积极预防并治疗。
This article describes the mechanical ventilation rescue critically ill neonates with respiratory failure in 33 cases. Results Rescue was successful in 22 cases (66.7%), spontaneous discharge in 4 cases (12.1%) and death in 7 cases (21.2%). Mechanical ventilation complications in 8 cases (24.2%). The author believes that mechanical ventilation is an important part in the comprehensive measures to rescue critically ill children. To correctly understand the indications and timing of mechanical ventilation is the key to the success of the rescue. Use should be reasonable to adjust the ventilator parameters to avoid severe exhalation of brain damage brain tissue. Pulmonary infection is a common complication and should be actively prevented and treated.
