目的了解女大学生生殖健康相关知识、态度及行为,为开展相关的健康教育提供科学依据。方法 2011年11月对唐山市三所大学2 986名女大学生进行了问卷调查。结果女大学生对生殖健康知识了解不全面。不同属性女大学生知晓率比较,高年级明显高于低年级,医学专业明显高于非医学专业。女大学生性观念开放,有9.38%的大学生已有过性行为。结论唐山市在校女大学生生殖健康的认知水平较低,性态度较宽容,普遍对生殖健康知识有需求,需要进行系统全面的生殖健康教育。
Objective To understand the reproductive health related knowledge, attitudes and behaviors among female college students and to provide scientific basis for carrying out related health education. Methods In November 2011, a questionnaire survey was conducted on 2 986 female undergraduates at three universities in Tangshan City. Results female college students do not understand reproductive health knowledge. Different attributes of female students awareness rate, higher grade significantly higher than the lower grades, medical professional was significantly higher than non-medical major. Female college students open sex, 9.38% of college students have had sexual intercourse. Conclusion The cognition of reproductive health of female undergraduates in Tangshan City is low, their sexual attitudes are more tolerant, and there is a general demand for reproductive health knowledge, which requires a systematic and comprehensive reproductive health education.
