今年5月7日,太仓“电话市”通过验收,被确认为全省第一个“电话市”。目前,该市乡(镇)住宅户装机率达65%,主线普及率达15.92%,且22个镇、331个行政村全部达到60%以上住宅户安装电话的标准。这也是全国2000余个县(市)中,唯一的所属镇、村全部达标的“电话市”。试点探索、择优发展、整体推进“电话市”1993年,太仓市话普及率为每百人21.24部,这在全省已是首屈一指,但农话普及率与之相比仍桕差16.29个百分点,即使按达到40%为饱和状态来计算,
