随着卫生改革的不断深入,乡镇卫生院面临着县医院和乡医个体医的剧烈竞争,在夹缝中求生存,危机感日益加深。不少乡镇卫生院己陷入了难保肚子、难稳队伍,难以生存的困境。现阶段国家不可能对农村卫生事业大量投入,乡镇卫生院要摆脱困境,解决自身的生存问题,出路究竟何在?笔者通过对浙江某地285所乡镇卫生院的调查资料分析,提出了以下几点看法。
With the continuous deepening of health reforms, township hospitals are faced with fierce competition from individual hospitals in county hospitals and township doctors, and they seek survival in the cracks. The sense of crisis is growing. Many township hospitals have fallen into the predicament of being unable to keep their stomachs, stabilizing their teams, and being difficult to survive. At this stage, the state is unlikely to invest heavily in rural health care. The township health centers have to get rid of the predicament and solve their own survival problems. What are the outlets? The author made the following points by analyzing the survey data of 285 township hospitals in a certain place in Zhejiang. view.
