In order to encourage editors of various journals to further study their business, they conscientiously implemented the relevant national standards and norms, learned from each other, learned from each other’s strong points and weaknesses, and continuously improved the quality of journals so that they could better serve the socialist spiritual civilization and material civilization construction.
