目的探讨三维超声检查胎儿畸形的应用价值。方法对我科2011年2月至2013年12月收治的1 800例中晚期妊娠孕妇进行回顾性分析,常规进行二维超声与三维超声检查,与产后或引产后的结果进行比较。结果与产后或引产后证实有1 710例胎儿正常,三维超声检查示无脑儿9例、唇裂33例、脊柱裂18例、肛门闭锁29例,总检出率98.9%,二维超声检查示无脑儿8例、唇裂29例、脊柱裂18例、肛门闭锁28例,总检出率92.2%。结论三维超声检查可以直观地显示胎儿的颜面部、身体结构和先天畸形,在临床胎儿畸形的筛查中具有重要的实用价值。
Objective To investigate the value of three-dimensional ultrasonography in detecting fetal malformations. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 1,800 pregnant women of the second and third trimester who were treated in our department from February 2011 to December 2013. Two-dimensional ultrasonography and three-dimensional ultrasonography were routinely performed and compared with the results after delivery or after labor. Results A total of 1 710 fetuses were confirmed as normal or postnatal or postnatal. Three-dimensional sonography showed 9 children without brain, 33 with cleft lip, 18 spina bifida and 29 with anal atresia. The total detection rate was 98.9% No brain children in 8 cases, 29 cases of cleft lip, spina bifida in 18 cases, anal atresia in 28 cases, the total detection rate of 92.2%. Conclusion Three-dimensional ultrasonography can visually display the facial parts, body structure and congenital malformations of the fetus, and has important practical value in the screening of clinical fetal malformations.
