一、概述 鄂西1975年8月暴雨洪水(简称“75·8”暴雨洪水)是我国著名的淮河流域“75·8”暴雨洪水的组成部分和延续。鄂西暴雨区北起丹江口水库北端,南达长江南岸清江下游和三峡地区,大巴山脉把雨区分隔成两个卵形分布的暴雨中心区,其一为鄂西北丹江口水库库区北岸的江湾水文站和南岸的武当山,其二在鄂西南清江下游长阳县的都镇湾,详见附图。
I. Overview The storm and flood in western Hubei Province in August 1975 (referred to as the “July 8th” storm flood) is a component and continuation of the “July 8th” storm flood in the famous Huaihe River basin in China. The northern part of the western Hubei rainy area runs to the north of the Danjiangkou Reservoir, the south reaches the lower reaches of the Qingjiang River and the Three Gorges area to the south bank of the Yangtze River, and the Daba Mountains separate the rain area into two ovoid-shaped storm centers, one of which is the Jiangwan Bay on the north bank of the Danjiangkou reservoir area Hydrological station and Wudang Mountain on the south bank, and the other is in Duzhen Bay of Changyang County in the lower reaches of Qingjiang River in southwest Hubei Province.
