《中国乡村医药》杂志编辑同志: 为了对病人负责,乡村医生将某些疑难、危重病人转送到乡镇以上医院是正常现象。但有的上级医院医生不分场合地当着病人及家属的面,责怪护送病人的乡村医生说:“为什么不早把病人转来?提前转来病人不会这样危险。”还有的说:“这个病是诊断不明及用药不合理所造成的后果……。”
Comrade of China Rural Medicine magazine: In order to be responsible for patients, it is normal for rural doctors to transfer certain difficult and critical patients to hospitals above the township level. However, some higher-level hospital doctors face patients and their family members on all occasions. They blame the rural doctor who escorted the patient: “Why not transfer the patient early? It wouldn’t be so dangerous to transfer patients in advance.” Others said: “The disease is the result of unclear diagnosis and unreasonable use of medication ....”
