《鄭氏關係文書》中之《僞册底》被考定是清康熙元年九月初八日户部郎中賁岱和兵部郎中金世德題呈《爲海賊投誠事》奏章的附屬文件,經比對《僞册底》與相關史料内容的記載,顯示《僞册底》開列之黄安、洪羽、顧礽、翁天佑等四員所任官職並非上述奏章擬提時既成現狀,而係鄭經整兵過臺平息東都爭位事件,掌理延平王政務之後的境況。據此推論,《僞册底》的製作時間極可能是在永曆十六年冬至十七年春之間。
