目的 检测感染弓形虫对大鼠脑 5种微量元素 (Fe+ + 、Cu+ + 、Zn+ + 、Ca+ + 、Mg+ + )的影响。方法 2 0只大鼠随机均分为正常组和感染组。每只大鼠经腹腔注入 2ml含 1 5× 10 6弓形虫速殖子的生理盐水悬液 ,6 4d后将 2组大鼠处死 ,取脑组织 ,用原子吸收分光光度仪测定其微量元素的变化。结果 与正常组相比较 ,感染组脑组织Fe+ + 、Cu+ + 、Mg+ + 含量明显减少 (P <0 0 1) ;Ca+ + 增加 (P <0 0 1) ;Zn+ + 无明显变化。结论 弓形虫感染能引起大鼠脑组织微量元素的改变。
Objective To detect the effects of Toxoplasma gondii on the five trace elements (Fe + +, Cu + +, Zn + +, Ca + +, Mg + +) in rats. Methods Twenty rats were randomly divided into normal group and infection group. Each rat was injected intraperitoneally with 2 ml of physiological saline solution containing 15.5 × 10 6 Toxoplasma gondii tachyzoites. After 64 days, the two groups of rats were sacrificed and their brain tissues were harvested for determination of trace elements by atomic absorption spectrophotometry Variety. Results Compared with the normal group, the content of Fe + +, Cu + +, Mg + + in the infected group was significantly decreased (P <0.01), Ca + + increased (P <0.01), and Zn + + did not change significantly. Conclusion Toxoplasma gondii infection can cause changes of trace elements in brain tissue of rats.
