跨行政区域的省际经济合作与协同发展是经济全球化与区域发展一体化的大势所趋。加强东北三省合作,共建东三省经济圈已成为三省面临的一个重要课题。本文围绕东北三省合作的动因、基础产业优势、四大创新产业集群等问题进行探讨。
Inter-provincial inter-provincial economic cooperation and coordinated development are the general trend of economic globalization and regional integration. To strengthen cooperation between the three northeastern provinces and jointly build the economic circle in the three northeast provinces has become an important issue facing the three provinces. This article focuses on the motivation for the cooperation between the three northeastern provinces, the advantages of basic industries and the four major innovative industrial clusters.
