现代化的热轧带钢精轧机应当实现包括带形、带钢平直度和带锕温度的自动控制。为了评价带钢质量、给控制计算机提供目标数据,并监测自动控制效果,需要有新型的在线检测装置。即便是在自动化轧机上,带钢由卷取机张紧前,仍可看到微小的波浪。在卷取过程中,浪幅虽然减小了,但通常还保持在毫米范围内。典型的理想带形如图1所示。用C. R. M(Cen-tre de Recherches Metallurgigues)的热带平直度仪(ROMETER-5)记录的相应的曲线如图2所示。
Modern hot strip mill finishing should include strip shape, strip flatness and with actinide temperature automatic control.
