目前普遍试行的继承类要素式公证书的通用格式和参考式样,虽然没有作为格式化的范本硬性规定,但对于推行继承类要素式公证书无疑起着重要的指导作用。通过两年多的运行和一些部门的反馈意见,笔者认为目前的参考样式在内容表述等方面仍存在一些值得商榷的地方。
At present, the common format and reference style of succession-like factor-based notaries, which are generally tried out, have no rigid rules of formatting norms, but undoubtedly play an important guiding role in the implementation of inherited elemental notaries. After more than two years of operation and feedback from some departments, the author believes that there are still some debatable issues in the current reference style in terms of content expression and so on.
