文章应用开源GIS软件OpenScales、GeoServer、PostGIS/PostgreSQL等,以震区基础地理信息数据和地震基本参数作为数据源,构建了基于开源GIS软件的地震应急响应系统。系统在获得地震基本参数之后快速计算地震烈度分布,通过烈度分布分析地震影响区域的道路损毁情况和防护目标、危险源的分布,同时为决策者提供最佳救援线路,可以对救援物资和救援力量进行态势标绘,为应急指挥决策和救援行动提供有效的支持。
In this paper, OpenScales, GeoServer, PostGIS / PostgreSQL and so on are used to construct the earthquake emergency response system based on open source GIS software based on the basic geographic information data and seismic basic parameters of the earthquake area. The system calculates the seismic intensity distribution rapidly after obtaining the basic parameters of the earthquake and analyzes the road damage situation, the distribution of the protection targets and the danger sources in the earthquake-affected area through the intensity distribution, and provides the best rescue route for the decision-makers through the intensity distribution. The system can help the rescue supplies and rescue forces Carry on the trend plotting, provide effective support for emergency command and decision-making and rescue operation.
