传统理论认为，瘢痕组织是人体创伤修复过程中必然的产物；从广义上说，没有瘢痕组织也就没有创伤的愈合。１９７１年Ｂｕｒｒｉｎｇｔｏｎ［１］首先发现胎儿皮肤组织创伤修复后无瘢痕形成，并提出“无瘢痕愈合”（ＦｅｔａｌＳｃａｒｌｅｓｓＷｏｕｎｄＨｅａｌｉｎｇ）的?
