据重庆媒体报道,重庆市政府权威人士16日在公开场合称,该市最大的房地产企业重庆龙湖地产发展有限公司可能于年内在香港上市。当地业内人士表示,龙湖地产若上市其市值可达650亿-800亿元。其女老板吴亚军身家将在450亿～700亿元左右。
