目的探讨颅内软骨瘤的CT和MRI特征及其病理基础。资料与方法回顾性分析5例经手术病理证实的颅内软骨瘤的影像学表现。5例均行头颅CT、MRI平扫及增强扫描。结果 5例中肿瘤位于颅底者4例,大脑镰区者1例。CT表现为不规则分叶状肿块,边界清楚,密度不均匀,5例伴明显钙化,瘤周无水肿,4例邻近骨质破坏,增强扫描无或轻度强化。MRI上肿块信号不均,实质部分T1Wl呈低或混杂信号,T2WI呈高或高低混杂信号,钙化部分T1Wl及T2WI呈低信号,增强扫描5例均为明显不均匀强化,呈“石榴籽征”。结论颅内软骨瘤的CT、MRI表现具有一定特征性,结合临床,可提高其诊断准确率。
Objective To investigate the CT and MRI features of intracranial chondroma and its pathological basis. Materials and Methods Retrospective analysis of 5 cases of pathologically confirmed intracranial chondroma imaging findings. Five patients underwent cranial CT, MRI plain scan and enhanced scan. Results In 5 cases, the tumors were located in the skull base in 4 cases and in the brain sickle area in 1 case. CT showed irregular lobulated mass, clear boundary, uneven density, with calcification in 5 cases, peritumor without edema, 4 cases of adjacent bone destruction, enhanced scan without or mild enhancement. MRI signal mass uneven, T1Wl substantial part of the low or mixed signal, T2WI was high or low mixed signal, calcified T1Wl and T2WI showed a low signal enhancement scan in 5 cases were significantly heterogeneous enhancement was “pomegranate seed syndrome ”. Conclusion CT and MRI manifestations of intracranial chondroma have certain characteristics. Combined with clinical, the diagnostic accuracy of MRI can be improved.
