在新形势、新要求、新挑战下,学校必须开拓创新,进一步弘扬优良传统,凝练办学特色,提升校园文化。如果一个学校不能充分发挥校园文化的作用,那么它便没有长远的发展潜力和生存空间。为此,我们必须好好审视、提炼我们的校园文化,并加强和完善校园文化建设,笔者认为可以从以下三个方面入手:一、加强和完善学校理念和独特的地理文化资源建设校园文化主题是将理念外显物化的核心基础,这就客观上要求学校的理念必须具有主题鲜明、贴近生活、服务教学、雅俗共赏的特点。
Under the new situation, new requirements and new challenges, schools must pioneer and innovate, carry forward their fine traditions further, conclude the characteristics of running schools and enhance the campus culture. If a school can not give full play to its role as a campus culture, it will not have long-term potential for development and living space. To this end, we must carefully examine and refine our campus culture and strengthen and improve the campus culture.
