我院自1986～1993年应用阴囊纵隔血管蒂皮瓣一期修复尿道下裂48例获得了较好效果。现报告如下。 一、临床资料 本组48例。年龄最小4岁,最大22岁。均为阴茎阴囊交界型及阴茎型。术后阴茎下曲矫直满意,恢复生理状态。术后随访1～7年,排尿通畅,无1例需作尿道扩张术。其中1例发生尿道瘘,原因是术中麻醉不满意,病人的手约束不好,病人的手触摸手术创面引起术后感染。半年后行尿道瘘修补成功。
