目的:本课题旨在通过益肾化瘀解毒汤和爱西特片联合血脂康片两种不同方法分别通过调节血脂,降低血浆粘稠度,改善肾功能临床疗效观察的对比研究方案,探索研究出一种更趋合理、更能为患者所接受的临床治疗方法,并期望能为中医药通过调节血脂,降低血液粘稠度,改善肾功能提供一种新思路。方法:慢性肾衰患者随机分为治疗组及对照组各30例,治疗组予以益肾化瘀解毒汤,每次200ml,每天2次口服;对照组予以爱西特片每次1.5克,每天3次口服,血脂康胶囊每次2片,每天2次口服,疗程均为8周,观察指标为血脂系列、血浆粘稠度、纤维蛋白原、肾功能。结果:治疗组显效11例,有效7例,稳定4例,无效8例,总有效率73.3%。结论:益肾化瘀解毒汤能干预慢性肾衰脂质代谢紊乱,降低血液粘稠度,改善肾功能。
Objectives: The purpose of this study is to compare and evaluate the clinical efficacy of Yishen Huayu Jiedu Decoction and Aisite Tablets combined with Xuezhikang through two different methods, namely, blood lipid regulation, plasma viscosity reduction and renal function improvement respectively. A more rational and more acceptable for patients with clinical treatment and expectation for Chinese medicine by regulating blood lipids, reduce blood viscosity, improve renal function provides a new idea. Methods: Chronic renal failure patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 30 cases each. The treatment group was treated with Yishen Huayu Jiedu Decoction, 200ml each time, twice a day orally. In the control group, 3 times orally, Xuezhikang 2 tablets each time, 2 times a day orally, the course of treatment were 8 weeks, the observed indicators of blood lipid series, plasma viscosity, fibrinogen, renal function. Results: The treatment group markedly effective in 11 cases, effective in 7 cases, stable in 4 cases, ineffective in 8 cases, the total effective rate was 73.3%. Conclusion: Yishen Huayu Jiedu Decoction can interfere with lipid metabolism disorders of chronic renal failure, reduce blood viscosity and improve renal function.
