针对喷射沉积连续挤压技术所要求的有限范围内的合金沉积问题,通过对工艺参数的调整,研究了过热度、雾化气体压力、导流管突出长度以及流型区域控制辊轮的转速对喷射沉积区域控制的影响。结果表明,过热度和导流管的突出长度对沉积区域没有影响;雾化气体压力和区域控制辊轮的转速对沉积区域有影响;得到相对较窄的喷射沉积组织,可以降低雾化气体压力和增大区域控制辊轮的转速。
