一、工程概况及使用效果某钢铁厂冶炼车间平台,原设计为钢结构主、次梁,上浇捣钢筋混凝土板。作者在施工服务期间,将这原来的钢梁与钢筋混凝土板分别单独设计,修改为增加联合件将钢梁与钢筋混凝土板联合成一整体结构,从而增加了平台的强度并减小了钢梁的截面,达到了提高使用效果和节约钢材的目的。该工程于1967年4月投产,迄今平台已正常使用16年之久。修改设计后的钢与混凝土联合梁的整个平台施工概况见图1,主梁相交处联合件的布置见图2,钢梁上联合件布置情况见图
I. Project Overview and Application Effect The smelting workshop platform of a steel plant was originally designed as a steel structure main and secondary girder and was cast with concrete slabs. During the construction service, the author designed the original steel beam and the reinforced concrete slab separately, and modified it to add a piece to combine the steel beam and the reinforced concrete slab into a whole structure, thereby increasing the strength of the platform and reducing the number of steel beams. The cross section achieves the purpose of improving the use effect and saving steel materials. The project was put into production in April 1967, and the platform has been used normally for 16 years. The overall construction of the steel-concrete composite beam with the modified design is shown in Figure 1. The layout of the joints at the intersection of the main beams is shown in Figure 2.
