目的:调查了解某驻藏部队官兵皮肤病患病情况。方法:选择某驻藏部队官兵354例,根据驻扎时间分为<1年组116例和≥1年组238例。由皮肤科医师制定统一的调查表,根据调查表询问病史、体检并进行登记。统计患病情况、工作性质、训练和工作环境及个人卫生情况等项目,分析影响官兵罹患皮肤病的因素,对常见皮肤病防治提出建议。结果:某驻藏部队官兵罹患皮肤病共计28种,其中,患病率居前5位的皮肤病依次为寻常性痤疮、足癣、日光性皮炎、脂溢性皮炎及寻常疣和扁平疣。驻扎时间<1年组罹患皮肤病49例,患病率42.2%;≥1年组罹患皮肤病136例,患病率57.1%。≥1年组皮肤病患病率显著高于<1年组(P<0.05)。驻扎时间<1年组中,患病率居前3位的皮肤病依次为寻常性痤疮、足癣和脂溢性皮炎;≥1年组中,患病率居前3位的皮肤病依次为寻常性痤疮、足癣和日光性皮炎。与<1年组比较,≥1年组足癣、日光性皮炎和神经性皮炎的患病率显著或非常显著升高(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:寻常性痤疮、足癣、日光性皮炎等是某驻藏部队官兵常见皮肤病,且驻扎时间较长的官兵皮肤病患病率显著高于驻扎时间较短的官兵。
Purpose: To investigate and understand the prevalence of dermatological diseases among officers and soldiers in a stationed Tibetan unit. Methods: A total of 354 officers and soldiers stationed in Tibet were selected and divided into 116 cases in <1 year group and 238 cases in ≥ 1 year group according to the time of stay. The dermatologist develops a uniform questionnaire, asks the medical history, physical examination and registration according to the questionnaire. Statistics of illness, nature of work, training and work environment and personal hygiene and other projects, analysis of the factors that affect the officers and men suffering from skin diseases, the prevention and treatment of common skin diseases recommendations. Results: A total of 28 skin diseases were reported by officers and soldiers stationed in Tibet. Among them, the top 5 dermatoses were acne vulgaris, tinea pedis, solar dermatitis, seborrheic dermatitis, and verruca vulgaris and flat wart. There were 49 cases of dermatosis in group <1 year, with a prevalence of 42.2%. There were 136 cases of dermatosis in ≥ 1 year group with a prevalence of 57.1%. The prevalence of dermatosis in ≥ 1 year group was significantly higher than that in <1 year group (P <0.05). In the group of less than 1 year in the stationing group, the top 3 dermatological diseases were acne vulgaris, athlete’s foot and seborrheic dermatitis in the order of 1 to 3. In the group of ≥ 1 year, the top 3 dermatological diseases were Acne vulgaris, athlete’s foot and solar dermatitis. Compared with <1 year group, the prevalence of tinea pedis, solar dermatitis and neurodermatitis was significantly or very significantly higher than 1 year (P <0.05, P <0.01). CONCLUSION: Acne vulgaris, athlete’s foot and solar dermatitis are common skin diseases of officers and soldiers stationed in Tibet. The prevalence rate of skin diseases of officers and soldiers stationed for a long time is significantly higher than that of officers and soldiers stationed for a short time.
