Health is an inevitable requirement for the promotion of man’s all-round development. Health education and health promotion are the priority strategies for improving health quality. The World Health Organization has identified health education and health promotion, planned immunization and disease surveillance as the three major strategic measures for disease prevention and control in the 21st century, which fully reflects the height of international health education.
