吞咽性心律失常少见,用卡马西平治愈者尚未见报道,今报告3例。 病例报告 例1 女,46岁。进食时心慌20余天,进干食易发生。按癔病治疗无效来诊。血压、心肺、神经系统等无异常。胸透、食道钡透正常。进食前心电图正常,吞食面包时出现短阵房性心动过速及2:1传导。给予卡马西平0.1g、3/d,3d后症状减轻,1周后症状消失,1月后停药未再发。 例2 男,60岁。进食吞咽时心慌1周,每于进硬食时发生。血压、心肺、神经系统未见异常。胸透、食道钡透正常。进食前心电图正常。进食苹
