康宁克通A(kenacort-A,又名去炎舒松A),为长效肾上腺皮质激素类药物。我院1996年2月～1997年2月,采用关节内注射该药治疗类风湿关节炎35例。使用泼尼松(强的松)注射治疗35例作对照,观察疗效,现报告如下: 1 资料与方法 1.1 一般资料 病例均系来我院治疗的类风湿关节炎病人,治疗组35例,年龄6岁～72岁,平均39岁,男16例,女19例;对照组35例,年龄8岁～69岁,平均38.5岁,男17例,女18例。症状为疼痛、肿胀,局部不适,功能受限等。 1.2 用药方法 治疗组关节内注射康宁克通A,每次2.5 mg～10mg,对照组注射泼尼松龙(强的松龙)0.01 g/次～0.025 g/次,均为每周1次,共治疗4周。 2 结果 2.1 疗效评定 ①显效:用药后肿胀、疼痛、局部不适消失,功能活动自如;②有效:用药后肿胀、疼痛、
