采用机械合金化和氩气保护热压方法制取MoSi2材料并研究了Co对MoSi2组织和性能的影响。结果表明:在MoSi2中加入Co后,生成两个相,一个为MgZn2型六方结构的(CoMoSi)三元化合物λ1相,另一个可能是复杂的硅酸盐或陶瓷化合物。加入适量的Co能明显提高MoSi2的断裂韧性和抗弯强度。
MoSi2 was prepared by mechanical alloying and argon hot pressing, and the effect of Co on the microstructure and properties of MoSi2 was investigated. The results show that two phases, one is the (CoMoSi) ternary compound λ1 phase of MgZn2 hexagonal structure and the other is complex silicate or ceramic compound after adding Co in MoSi2. Adding appropriate amount of Co can obviously improve the fracture toughness and flexural strength of MoSi2.
