胃炎合剂主要含硫酸庆大霉素和盐酸普鲁卡因,对胃炎有较好的治疗效果,是临床上用量较大的一种制剂,各级医院制剂室中均有配制,《浙江省医院制剂规范》现也已收载,但无含量控制要求。其处方为: 硫酸庆大霉素 3g 盐酸普鲁卡因 10g 维生素B_(12) 2mg 尼泊金乙酯适量蒸馏水加至 1000ml 本合剂中的硫酸庆大霉素量用效价测定法既不符合医院药房的快检要求,且又受尼泊金乙酯的干扰无法准确测定。我们根据庆大霉素具旋光性及有关文献报道,采用旋光法测定胃炎合剂中硫酸庆大霉素的含量,结果满意。现将结果报告如下: 一、仪器和药品
