四川省农科院已有50年历史。解放后37年来、特别是党的十一届三中全会以来,共取得重大科技成果424项。现全院共有13个研究所,职工人数达2589名,拥有总值上千万元的科研仪器和设备,已初步形成一个具有农业科研和技术开发能力的综合科研机构。 根据我省农村的自然、经济特点,从剖析我院科研结构现状的入手,指出了存在的问题,并提出以结构改革为核心,全面调整我院的科研格局。以改革推动科研,以科研促进改革,把结沟改革与科学研究紧密结合。必须突出重“开发”、重“综合”、重“服务”的原则,逐步建立“三三制”科研体系,使我院形成农业科研、技术服务和信息网络中心,以适应农村经济飞速发展的需要。 Sichuan Academy of Agricultural Sciences has 50 years of history.
