苏州市轻工业在改革形势的推动下,按照发展社会主义有计划商品经济的客观要求,顺应企业自主权的扩大趋向,打破了过去条块分割、部门封锁、城乡阻塞的状态,横向经济联合发展迅猛,企业群体应运而生,实现生产要素优化组合,有力地促进了轻工集体经济的发展。目前在市区69个轻工集体企业中,已有51个企业组成和参加了不同层次的企业集团,并出现了生产持续增长的好势头。
Under the impetus of the reform situation, light industry in Suzhou City complied with the objective requirements for the development of a planned socialist commodity economy and conformed to the expanding trend of the autonomy of enterprises, breaking the status of fragmentation in the past, blockade of departments, and blockage of urban and rural areas, and the rapid development of horizontal economy joint development. The enterprise groups came into being and realized the optimization and combination of production factors, which effectively promoted the development of the collective economy of light industry. At present, among the 69 light industrial collective enterprises in the urban area, 51 companies have formed and participated in different levels of enterprise groups, and there has been a good momentum of sustained growth in production.
