红元帅苹果,质优味美、形色美观,著名国内外,深受群众欢迎。但红元帅幼树结果晚,大树产量低,拖着果园高产的后腿。针对这个问题,我们从1972年开始进行试验研究。目前已做到幼树四年开花,五年结果,大树产量翻番。果实品质也相应改进,折光糖率由原来的12％提高到14—16％。过去经常碰到,在结果普遍少的红元帅果园中,也有一些树结果却很多。原因何在呢?
