我国现代化企业管理思想中国现代化企业管理思想,可以归纳为以下六个方面: (一)人才第一的思想。实现企业管理现代化,重要的是具备良好的政治素质、技术素质的人才和合理地使用人才。 (二)民主管理的思想。社会主义公有制的实质就在于职工群众是企业的主人,对企业享有民主管理的权力。 (三)现代经营思想。树立现代经营思想,实现企业管理从生产型向生产经营型转变,这是中国管理思想上的一个重大改革。
China’s modern enterprise management ideas China’s modern enterprise management ideas can be summarized in the following six aspects: (A) The first talent. (c) Modern business ideas.
