在当前基层消防部队资金安全管理过程中,制度建设、资金收付、银行账户和网银管理、票据管理、档案管理等业务流程构成了资金安全管理庞大的体系,而资金收付管理、银行账户和网银管理、票据管理是管理中的核心内容,本文就从这几方面的管理来谈谈资金安全管理中容易出现的风险以及面对这些风险如何做好防控措施。
