对70名无神经系统阳性体征的缺碘儿童进行脑电图、脑电地形图和智商检测,并与35名正常儿童对照,结果为缺碘组诱发慢波异常26例,尖波10例,两者均明显高于对照组(P<0.01),两颞及右中央的α_1或α_2功率值及智商值明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。此外,将70名缺碘儿童平分为治疗组和安慰组,半年后复查发现治疗组上述异常慢波及α_1、α_2功率值恢复正常。
70 children with iodine deficiency without neurological signs were detected by EEG, EEG and IQ, and compared with 35 normal children.
