“双师型”师资队伍是高职高专院校特有的一种教育特色与优势,符合当前高职高专院校发展的要求,是需要大力支持与建设的新型师资队伍。优质“双师型”师资队伍是高职高专院校发展的基本前提,然而目前我国大部分高职高专院校对于“双师型”师资队伍的建设重视程度不够,存在优质“双师型”人才较少,待遇不高等问题,本文通过对高职高专院校“双师型”队伍建设的具体实践,分析了“双师型”师资队伍的重要作用以及目前存在的问题,并针对这些问题作出合理建议,以期为高职高专院校“双师型”师资队伍建设提供有效的帮助。
