省委、省政府提出以小康建设总揽农村工作全局,并制定了《河北省农村小康建设规划纲要》,最近又在河南林州召开了山区县委书记学林州的会议。那么,林业在农村实现小康中发挥着什么样的作用?如何建设高产优质高效持续发展的林业,为农村小康建设服务?带着这个问题,我们于今年5月至7月相继对承德市、保定地区、张家口市、唐山市山区林业的发展进行了为期一个多月的调查研究。通过调查看到林业在山区经济发展中有着举足轻重的作用,山区实现小康,优势在山,希望在林果,林业作为山区脱贫致富、实现小康的重要支柱产业有着巨大优势、潜力和广阔的发展前景,有着不可替代的作用。
