随着我国政府对旅游事业单位改革,传统的旅游事业单位用人机制已是难以适应市场经济体制的发展和要求。面对这样激烈的市场竞争状况,旅游事业单位应进一步注重激励构建,将员工激励作为人力资源管理的核心内容,使其在旅游事业单位管理中受到越来越多的重视。本文以结合旅游事业单位实际应用情况,并对旅游事业单位激励现状进行分析。并在此基础上,本论文提出了旅游事业单位激励改进措施。
With the reform of our country’s government on tourism institutions, it is difficult for the traditional employment mechanism of tourism institutions to adapt to the development and requirements of the market economy system. Faced with such fierce competition in the market, tourism institutions should further focus on incentive construction, employee incentive as the core content of human resource management, making it more and more attention in the management of tourism institutions. Based on the practical application of tourism institutions, this paper analyzes the incentive status quo of tourism institutions. On this basis, this paper puts forward some measures to improve incentives for tourism enterprises.
