采用放免法测定了５７例以腹泻为表现的几种结肠疾病患者血浆胃动素（ＭＴＬ）水平，结果提示：几种肠病中血浆ＭＴＬ水平明显高于便秘或对照组，ＭＴＬ水平依次为结肠息肉＞结肠癌＞溃疡性结肠炎＞ＩＢＳ（腹泻型），与对照组比较差别均有显著性意义（Ｐ＜０．０１或０．０５）。推断一些肠道病变临床上引起腹泻表现可能与其血浆ＭＴＬ水平增高关系密切。
The plasma levels of motilin (MTL) in 57 patients with colonic disease manifested by diarrhea were determined by radioimmunoassay. The results suggest that the plasma MTL levels in several enteropathy are significantly higher than those in the constipation or control group, and the MTL levels are colon Polyps> Colon cancer> Ulcerative colitis> IBS (diarrhea), compared with the control group, the difference was significant (P <0.01 or 0.05). It is inferred that the clinical manifestations of diarrhea in some intestinal lesions may be closely related to the increase of plasma MTL levels.
